Released in May, the portal lets companies that buy private courses check attendees, progress and certificates without emailing their training provider.
Training providers that run private courses for businesses often get the same emails from their clients. Who is attending? Are the certificates ready? How are the learners doing?
Arlo, which makes software for instructor-led training providers, built its Organization Portal to answer those questions. Released on May 12, the portal is part of Arlo’s training management system, which training providers use to run and grow their business from one place.
What can business clients see?
Each client company gets its own secure portal with the provider’s branding. It works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. When a provider sets up a private course in Arlo, the details appear in the portal automatically.
From there, client contacts can see who is booked on each course and add or remove people. They can check where the training takes place, who is teaching it, and how to join. They can also follow attendance, results, certificate status and e-learning progress.
Why does this matter to training providers?
The main gain is less back-and-forth. Arlo says the portal is meant to cut the time staff spend on attendee changes, progress updates, and certificate requests.
It can also help bring in more work. Clients can ask for new private courses from inside the portal, which gives providers a direct channel for repeat business. Each request is saved in the provider’s customer records in Arlo.
Providers stay in charge of who sees what. They choose which companies and contacts get access, and they can switch between portals to see exactly what each client sees. Arlo says access rules are set for each client company to help protect client data.

How do providers turn it on?
The Organization Portal is included in all Arlo Professional and Enterprise plans at no extra cost. Providers switch it on in Arlo’s settings and choose which client companies get access. They then send activation emails so the right contacts can log in.
What has Arlo added since May?
In September, Arlo added Bundles, which lets providers sell several courses as one package with a single price. Arlo and The Training Marketplace also plan to publish The State of Instructor-Led Training 2027 report later this year. The survey behind it has now closed.
