Step 1: The Connector Finds A Trend
MemeToro’s connector searches news and X activity, then records the topic, reason it is trending, evidence links, meme potential, and risk notes.
Candidates are ranked by freshness and credible coverage rather than predicted token value. Harm categories include tragedy, misinformation, hate, manipulation, legal sensitivity, and weak evidence.
The scanner remains read-only. It does not hold funds, mint tokens, or access keys.
Step 2: The Agent Creates A Proposal
The AI Agent turns a selected signal into a proposed name, ticker, concept, narrative, evidence package, risk assessment, and launch manifest.
The launch manifest can define BNB Chain, supply, allocations, fixed price, accepted assets, funding targets, wallet limits, liquidity, timing, and refunds. This turns a promotional idea into structured terms that software can inspect.
The pipeline outputs a proposal file, not a transaction. Hourly concepts remain planned.
Step 3: Validation Rejects Bad Drafts
MemeToro AI Agent checks whether every evidence URL came from the connector. It also rejects insider allocations above zero, distribution percentages outside 100%, and malformed funding conditions.
These checks catch fabricated links and structural mistakes, not future success.
Step 4: A Fixed-Rate Round Opens
An approved proposal can enter fixed-rate funding using BNB, stablecoins, or $MT. Participants receive one published rate.
Wallet limits aim to reduce concentration. The manifest should explain oversubscription, refunds, the funding threshold, and the maximum raise.
Production funding and refund contracts are not live yet and require audits.
